Can I add my family and friends whenever I want to?
Absolutely! You are allowed to add, change, and drop family members to the membership as needed.
In order to add or remove a person to your Club Ancora membership You must send a letter signed by both (member and your friend/family) saying you agree to add / remove this person. This letter must be notarized. A copy of both sides of the ID of the person is also mandatory.
How do I reserve for a family member or friend?
You need to book the reservation under your relative or friend’s name but always using you membership number as a reference.
How much time in advance do I have to make my reservation?
We recommend you book at least 30 days in advance. Please remember there are seasons with high demand, so the earlier you book the better.
How can I get a copy of my contract?
We can send a copy via email or we can mail it, it’s up to you.
If I am not happy with the membership can I cancel it?
Your legal bonding contract states you are allowed to cancel the membership within 3 business days after the day it was purchased, however, customer satisfaction is our number one priority; if you encounter any inconvenient please don’t hesitate to contact us in order to help you.
Is it mandatory to pay Carnival?
In order to use their services, yes you must pay.
Do my weeks roll over?
No, our weeks do not roll over. However, you can deposit your weeks to Interval
International to have them available for two years.
